Kamlesh Shukla, Founder and Managing Director
Kamlesh is one of the stalwarts of the Market Research and Promotion industry. In a career spanning 30 years, Kamlesh has worked with some of the most prominent companies in the sector. Starting at IMRB, he steadily moved up the ranks working with leading Market Research agencies – MODE, ORG-MARG, Pathfinders, Indica Research and ACNielsen.

His work involved managing multiple large pan-India projects and the teams executing them. His last Market Research assignment was as the National Head of ACNielsen’s field group, following which Kamlesh moved on to Market Men. He spent the next five years building and growing the company’s activation and promotion business.

Kamlesh lives in Mumbai with his wife and three daughters.

Ms.Pooja Shukla – CEO
Pooja is young Dynamic Entrepreneur Heading International Business Division & finance, Designing & implementing systems. Supervising the preparation of monthly financials, evaluations of projects based on cost benefit analysis for the project. Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports. Coordination with team for MIS Report manpower planning, recruiting employees interviewing, induction and exit interviews.

Filing of Income Tax, Professional Tax, Service Tax, TDS and other statutory returns and legal documentation. Handling tax related matters with regards to IT Department on appeal, scrutiny cases for completion of assessment. Preparing the personal files, cash and fund flow statement, balance sheet, audit reports, sales invoice, debtor’s reconciliation and other financial reports to track the financial performance. She is Commerce Graduate (1st Class) & Pursuing CA from Mumbai.

Ravish Khare - Head Retail Audits & AI Research
Experienced Data Scientist and Client Service professional with a demonstrated history of working with "Out-of-Box" Innovative Solutions to fructify business ideas into reality. A visionary and self-driven professional having strong Analytical plus Statistical skills, and an ardent Problem Solver. Over two-and-half decades of experience in Retail and Consumer Measurement, spanning across multiple geographies.

Incisive thinker, having the ability to visualize the big picture of the business and come up with actionable solutions. Extensive experience in Data Science, Statistics, Market Research, and Machine Learning. Highly skilled in modern technologies and tools such as Python and R-Statistics. Working with both structured and unstructured (MongoDB) data formats.

A Ravindran
Ravindran is a senior research advisor and mentor at Fieldnet. In his role, he actively engages with Fieldnet's team of researchers on large complex studies, overseeing strategic planning and research design. Under his leadership, Fieldnet had developed deep expertise across the market research and data acquisition spectrum. Ravindran's extensive experience of 40+ years in the market research and consulting industry is leveraged across large scale quantitative data collection assignments (large sample surveys, census etc.), qualitative research (FGDs, panels etc.) and audits (investigation, due diligence, verifications etc.).
In his previous roles, Ravindran has held key portfolios with the most recent assignment being at Ipsos Indica Research ad Executive Director. He is an expert on application of research methods for business insights. His experience touches nearly every facet of research - from estimation and forecasting to new product development and GTM strategy. In his role as consultant, Ravindran has advised large businesses on brand strategy, marketing and campaign management as well as implementation of promotion programs.
Ravindran is an excellent communicator and business leadership trainer. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club (Thane) for over 15 years, serving in various leadership positions at the district level. Ravindran has a bachelors in Statistics and an MBA in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Ms. Geeta Shukla – Executive Director
She is responsible for HR & Administration. Screening Vendors, Registration of Vendors, Payments to staff & vendors. Maintaining MIS of infrastructure & database. Managing payroll processing function involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave etc. Arts Graduate from Mumbai University. She is based at Mumbai.

Aneesh Laiwala - Consultant Analysis
Aneesh has 20+ years of extensive experience in the Digital Market Research Domain working across different Global Geographies and in Leadership role with Top Digital Market Research company. He has lead big operational & software development teams and successfully extended portfolio of services offered which resulted in growth of teams.
In his last role Aneesh was working as Director at MetrixLab Research. He was leading the India Software Development function and Global Project Management Organization. He was reporting directly to the CEO in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Aneesh has been involved in developing Digital Innovation strategies on survey platform and worked closely with IT & Research teams to get the digital solutions roadmap implemented and marketed to the clients. He is passionate about Digital technology and is always looking to develop new innovations and enhance current digital offerings to the clients. He has worked on innovations on Survey Gamification and Dashboard story telling platforms.

Arun Bhalerao, Senior Consultant
Arun has spent over 30 years in the marketing function, conceptualizing and managing large scale Market Research assignments across a broad range of categories. His work has given him the opportunity to closely supervise projects and manage multiple Market Research agencies directly.

Over his career, Arun has held important responsibilities at Cadbury’s where he was instrumental in launching their first product testing panel; FemCare Pharma where as General Manager, Arun spearheaded the company’s foray into liquid soap, hair removing cream and bleaching products; at Corona where we was responsible for logistics and as General Manager at ReeVeda where he launched the company’s nutrifoods range.

At FIELDNET, Arun is responsible for giving each project a ‘client perspective’ ensuring maximum relevance and insights for clients.

Supriya Hardikar Qualitative Research Head
Supriya has more than 20 years of rich experience in Market Research, Marketing Branding, Advertising, BTL, & Event. Before joining FieldNet. she has worked with some of the leading organization like MARG, Akbarallys, Lemur, Datapro, Mukund IBM, Birla Technologies, Vital Link, Emirates Airline, Supriya is passionate in her work, commerce graduate, post graduation in PR, Advertising, from Mumbai University, she responsible for all qualitative research business in India.

Qualitative insight mining ‘what’, it helps to unravel the ‘why’ of consumer behavior and also provides the socio-cultural context that can help explain how behavior is shifting over time and why? Unearthing the consumer’s subconscious and deep diving into their motivations, aspirations. Most of our discovery of the consumer’s mind is largely through verbal responses aided by validated projective techniques.

Umesh heads Fieldnet's Quantitative Research division where he manages key accounts and custom research across sectors. He is a seasoned market research professional with over twenty years of national and international experience.

In his previous roles, Umesh has held key portfolios with leading agencies (Tektronix, Indica Research, Hyundai, Nielsen, Synovate, Hyundai etc.). He is an expert on application of quantitative methods for branding, concept development, pricing and customer satisfaction, and auto clinics. While he has extensive cross-sector and topic experience, he is a SME in the Automotive, Telecom, FMCG and Opinion Polls space.
