Kamlesh Shukla, Founder and Managing Director
Kamlesh is one of the stalwarts of the Market Research and Promotion industry. In a career spanning 30 years, Kamlesh has worked with some of the most prominent companies in the sector. Starting at IMRB, he steadily moved up the ranks working with leading Market Research agencies – MODE, ORG-MARG, Pathfinders, Indica Research and ACNielsen.

His work involved managing multiple large pan-India projects and the teams executing them. His last Market Research assignment was as the National Head of ACNielsen’s field group, following which Kamlesh moved on to Market Men. He spent the next five years building and growing the company’s activation and promotion business.

Kamlesh lives in Mumbai with his wife and three daughters.

Ms.Pooja Shukla – CEO
Pooja is young Dynamic Entrepreneur Heading International Business Division & finance, Designing & implementing systems. Supervising the preparation of monthly financials, evaluations of projects based on cost benefit analysis for the project. Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports. Coordination with team for MIS Report manpower planning, recruiting employees interviewing, induction and exit interviews.

Filing of Income Tax, Professional Tax, Service Tax, TDS and other statutory returns and legal documentation. Handling tax related matters with regards to IT Department on appeal, scrutiny cases for completion of assessment. Preparing the personal files, cash and fund flow statement, balance sheet, audit reports, sales invoice, debtor’s reconciliation and other financial reports to track the financial performance. She is Commerce Graduate (1st Class) & Pursuing CA from Mumbai.

Ms. Geeta Shukla – Executive Director
She is responsible for HR & Administration. Screening Vendors, Registration of Vendors, Payments to staff & vendors. Maintaining MIS of infrastructure & database. Managing payroll processing function involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave etc. Arts Graduate from Mumbai University. She is based at Mumbai.

Aneesh Laiwala
Aneesh has 20+ years of extensive experience in the Digital Market Research Domain working across different Global Geographies and in Leadership role with Top Digital Market Research company. He has lead big operational & software development teams and successfully extended portfolio of services offered which resulted in growth of teams.
In his last role Aneesh was working as Director at MetrixLab Research. He was leading the India Software Development function and Global Project Management Organization. He was reporting directly to the CEO in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Aneesh has been involved in developing Digital Innovation strategies on survey platform and worked closely with IT & Research teams to get the digital solutions roadmap implemented and marketed to the clients. He is passionate about Digital technology and is always looking to develop new innovations and enhance current digital offerings to the clients. He has worked on innovations on Survey Gamification and Dashboard story telling platforms.

Arun Bhalerao, Senior Consultant
Arun has spent over 30 years in the marketing function, conceptualizing and managing large scale Market Research assignments across a broad range of categories. His work has given him the opportunity to closely supervise projects and manage multiple Market Research agencies directly.

Over his career, Arun has held important responsibilities at Cadbury’s where he was instrumental in launching their first product testing panel; FemCare Pharma where as General Manager, Arun spearheaded the company’s foray into liquid soap, hair removing cream and bleaching products; at Corona where we was responsible for logistics and as General Manager at ReeVeda where he launched the company’s nutrifoods range.

At FIELDNET, Arun is responsible for giving each project a ‘client perspective’ ensuring maximum relevance and insights for clients.

Arun completed his BA in Economics and MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj. He lives in Mumbai with his wife.

Ms. Deepa Harjani - Sr.Consultant Market Research
Has more than 10 Years experience in research. Worked with GFK Mode & AC Nielsen. Currently working as a consultant since last 5 Years. She has done B.M.S & Diploma in Marketing from Mumbai University. She has exposures to both qualitative & quantitative research. Excellent in Ethnography/Slice of Life studies. She lives in Mumbai along with her Husband & one son.


Utpal Ghosh - Research Consultant
Utpal has spent more than two decades in Marketing and Market Research managing large scale Market Research assignments across a broad range of categories.His work has given him the opportunity to closely supervise projects and manage multiple Market Research agencies directly and is one of the renowned Quantitative Researchers in the country.

Over his career, Utpal started working with ORG-MARG, then worked with some of the reputed market research companies in India such as IMRB, Nielsen and IDC. and has worked on multi country research across various Industry categories i.e. Telecom, IT, Pharma,FMCG, Durables, Agriculture, Industrial, Media etc

From the last 4 years he is associated with FieldNet as a Research Consultant. Utpal is a Physics Graduate and has done his MBA in Marketing..


Majid Dasurkar - Client Servicing (International)
Majid has over 25 years of experience in Market Research.At FieldNet he is responsible for directly interacting with international clients. His past experience includes Client Servicing in GCC countries, 10+ yrs Market Research experience in MENA regions.

He has worked as Senior Project In charge with TNS in Middle East and Africa, Senior Manager (International studies) with GFK Middle East Dubai, National Manager with LOWE Lintas Mumbai, and as MR Head with CLEA Advertising & Marketing Ltd, Mumbai,

Over his career he has handled NRS, RAM, TAM, Social Research, Mystery Customer studies, Business Research, Clinics/Car Clinics, Consumer Research, Pharma Research, Rural Research and Other Adhoc Research.


Abdul Kudus - Face to Face Audit In-charge
Abdul has over 18 years of experience in Market Research.Prior to joining FieldNet he.worked as Territory in charge in Smollan India Mumbai, mainly handling all type of Household and Semi Corporate studies. He also worked with Nielsen India and was handling mainly the tracking studies. Has worked with Hansa Research Group and ORG-MARG where he was mainly responsible for IRS.

In his entire experience he has handled, Household Studies including CLTs,Placement Studies, Tracking Studies, Indian Readership Survey.


Mr. Arun Karmakar- Sr. Consultant Market Research
